On Saturday, the court gave a verdict of 4-day NCB custody to Riya Chakraborty’s brother Shovik and Sushant’s friend Samuel Miranda. Now on Sunday, Riya has been called to appear before the NCB. Riya Chakraborty will appear before the NCB on Sunday. NCB official Mutha Ashok Jain said that Riya and Shovik will be confronted with Deepesh.
It is being told that Riya is going to have a strict inquiry in the drugs case. NCB will inquire about Ria’s WhatsApp chat with Miranda, Shovik and others about drugs. Along with this, it is being speculated that Riya Chakraborty may also be arrested in this case. Ever since Riya’s brother Shovik was arrested and remanded, speculation has intensified that Riya may also be arrested on Sunday.
Apart from Shovik and Miranda, Sushant’s staff Deepesh was also arrested on Saturday. It is reported that Deepesh Sawant will be presented in the Holiday Court of Mumbai between 10 am and 10.30 am on Sunday. Sawant admitted that he had bought banned drugs at the behest of Riya and her brother Shovik. Sawant knew very well that the drugs he was buying and transporting were illegal. In this case NCB may demand to keep Sawant in custody for five days.
NCB took many big steps on Friday and Saturday and in the case of drugs, some drugs including Riya Chakraborty raid the house of peddlers. The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) also arrested 7 others, including Riya’s brother Shovik. This includes the names of Samuel, Karan, Kaizan, Deepesh and Zaid.
