(Eastern Bergen County, New Jersey; March 28, 2022) — The Community Chest of Eastern Bergen County holds its second Golf Outing on Monday, May 16, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at one of New Jersey’s finest golf courses, White Beeches Golf and Country Club, located at 70 Haworth Drive in Haworth, New Jersey.\u00a0 CDC guidelines will be followed throughout the outing.<\/p>\n
For nearly a century, The Community Chest has strengthened the community through leadership and philanthropy by leading initiatives and supporting nonprofits that benefit people in eastern Bergen County, New Jersey.\u00a0 Funds raised from the golf outing will support grant awards to nonprofit agencies responding to increased need and additional services created by COVID-19 in the community.\u00a0 Proceeds also support The Chest’s initiatives.<\/p>\n The day’s activities begin with lunch from 11:00 a.m. to noon.\u00a0 Tee off begins at noon, followed by cocktails at 5:00 p.m. and dinner.\u00a0 Throughout the evening, a celebration, awards and a silent auction will take place.\u00a0 Co-chairs of the outing are Matthew B.
