Under the Tripartite Shraddha Vidhan, the devotees who came from different states of the country on Friday performed the rituals of Pind Daan and Shraddha Karma for their Kul Panda at the altar places of Suryapad, Chandrapad, Ganeshpad, Sandhyagnipad, Avasandhyagnipad and Dadhichi Pad located in 16 altar pavilions of Vishnupad temple premises. Pandaji Manilal Barik told that on Ashwin Krishna Paksha Saptami Tithi, Shraddha is performed at the altar places of 16 altars namely Suryapad, Chandrapad, Ganeshpad, Sandhyagnipad, Avasandhyagnipad and Dadhichipad.\u00a0These altars are situated in the form of pillars in 16 altar pavilions.\u00a0First of all, there is a tradition of offering Pind Daan on the Ganesh Pada altar.\u00a0By offering Pind Daan here the ancestors attain Rudra Lok.<\/span><\/p>\n

People performing Pind Daan <\/span>attain the world of ancestors Brahma by performing Shraddha on the altar of Avasandhyagni Pad.\u00a0By performing Shraddha on Sandhyagni and Dadhichi Pad, the Shraddha performer gets the fruits of the Yagya.\u00a0By performing Shraddha on the lunar day, ancestors attain heaven.<\/span><\/p>\n

Devotees visiting the temple, <\/span>Pitru Paksha fair has started in Gayaji.\u00a0During this time, the crowd at Gaya railway station is continuously increasing.\u00a0Railways has opened a control room on Friday to control the crowd and to cooperate with the pilgrims coming from outside as well as the railway passengers.\u00a0In this room, problems of railway passengers as well as Pind Daanis will be provided with every kind of facilities and their problems will be resolved.\u00a0Railways has made public a control number at Gaya railway station.<\/span><\/p>\n

Any passenger offering Pind Daan <\/span>will be able to avail information about trains as well as other facilities by calling this number 9771427494.\u00a0Station Manager Umesh Kumar said that as long as the Pitru Paksha fair continues, the control room at the station will remain open to assist the pilgrims.\u00a0Not only this, two numbers have been made public, so that pilgrims coming from outside do not have to face problems.<\/span><\/p>\n
