We&#8217;re sharing some of the highlights of Delhi&#8217;s month. Take a look at the calendar and plan which events you&#8217;ll attend and which you won&#8217;t. Find out which events will impact your planning here&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">November 1: Echo of Qawwalis<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">Indiv International Seta, the seventh edition of the &#8220;Understanding Qawwali&#8221; series under &#8220;The Qawwali Project&#8221; will be held among music lovers in the Multipurpose Hall of Kamaladevi Complex. Conceptualized by Manjuri Chaturvedi, this symposium focuses on the traditional art of Qawwali. Special performances will be held at 6:30 pm at Fountain Lawns, with &#8220;Qawwali Mehfil &#8211; Traditions and Experiments.&#8221; This event is organized in collaboration with the Ganga-Jamuna Culture Foundation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">November 1: Unveiling<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">Mandi House&#8217;s Triveni Kala Sangam Bharatanatyam evening, &#8220;Unveiling &#8211; Exploring the Layers,&#8221; will delight lovers of classical dance rhythms. Presented by Nritya Vriksha, this event will feature artist Anandita Narayanan performing a solo Bharatanatyam performance. The event will begin at 6 p.m. Entry is by invitation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">November 1-2: Nayi Dhara Udyotsav<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">Delhiites will enjoy Nayi Dhara Udyotsav 2025 at the Triveni Kala Sangam. Registration is required to attend this two-day festival of literature, music, and dialogue at the Triveni Amphitheatre. Entry is free. Starting at 3 pm, the festival will feature musical performances by children, story readings by NSD artists, poetry recitations, and music by Swati Ukhale from Malwa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">November 1st to 9th: European Film Festival<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">India Habitat Centre (Lodhi Marg), Instituto Cervantes (Hanuman Mandir Marg, CP), Max Mueller Bhavan (KG Marg) The European Union Film Festival brings cinema lovers beautiful films from various countries. Different films will be screened at different venues from 4 pm, 6:30 pm, and 7 pm. This 30th edition of the festival will screen renowned films in 29 languages \u200b\u200bwith English subtitles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">November 1-9:<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">The group art exhibition &#8220;Weaving Water: Feminine Countercultures in Pet and Print&#8221; will be on view at the Sujan India International Centre. The show will run from 11 am to 7 pm at the Main Art Gallery, Kamaladevi Complex, Lodhi Road. The exhibition presents the works of 15 renowned Indian women artists, inspired by artist Ajit Kaur&#8217;s award-winning autobiography, &#8220;Weaving Water.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">November 16: Agni Aur Barkha<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">will be presented by the repertory company of the Shriram Centre for the Performing Arts. Directed by K. S. Rajendra, this play interweaves myth and human emotion to depict the eternal struggle between duty, desire, jealousy, and sacrifice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">November 12-13: Delhi Gharana Ghazal Fest The<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">two-day Delhi Gharana Ghazal Festival, organized by the Delhi Gharana, will present a confluence of Hindustani classical music and ghazals. Featuring Hindustani classical vocals by Mehboob Hussain, classical vocals by Taseer Ahmed Khan, vocals by Imran Khan, ghazals by Farid Hasan Khan, and Hindustani classical vocals by Ustad Tanvir Ahmed Khan, the festival will offer a unique experience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">November 16: Agni Aur Barkha<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">The Repertory Company of Shriram Centre for Performing Arts presents Girish Karnad&#8217;s acclaimed play &#8220;Agni Aur Barkha&#8221; (Hindi\/140 minutes, including interval). Directed by K. S. Rajendra, this play interweaves myth and human emotion to depict the eternal struggle between duty, desire, jealousy, and sacrifice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">November 29: Christmas Sounds<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">The Capital City Minstrels Choir presents &#8220;Un Die Musik &#8211; To Music&#8221; (English and other languages\/60 minutes). Directed by Niese Meruno and co-directed by Riddhiman Dutta, the evening will feature choral classics, saccade songs, and Christmas carols.
