Accept no imitations, no look\u2011alikes, and no unofficial events.\u201d His words echoed through the halls, energizing members and setting the tone for a gathering that promised authenticity, excellence, and unity.<\/p>\n

Dr. Vijay Maurya assumed charge as the new Chairman of the AAPI Board of Trustees, along with new members elected to the Board. \u201cAs BOT, our duty is to manage funds conservatively,\u201d he stated, underscoring principles of transparency, accountability, and long\u2011term sustainability.<\/p>\n

The outgoing BOT Chair, Dr. Hetal Gor enumerated the many accomplishments of AAPI BOT under her leadership, especially focusing on the financial stability her team was able to accomplish. During a special reception, AAPI leaders lauded her unwavering dedication and fearless authenticity. They praised her courage, and her remarkable ability to voice her convictions without hesitation \u2014 qualities they said embody the very spirit of leadership AAPI strives to celebrate.<\/p>\n

\"\" \"\"The academic backbone of the convention was formidable. CME sessions spanned Lifestyle Medicine, Primary Care, Artificial Intelligence in Medicine, Cardiology Updates, Substance Abuse, and the Human Microbiome.<\/p>\n

Young physicians led dynamic sessions, while MSRF scholars presented research that reflected the next generation\u2019s promise. Exhibits and product theaters showcased innovation from leading healthcare partners, reinforcing AAPI\u2019s role as a national leader in continuing medical education. As Dr. Chakrabarty noted, \u201cThese world\u2011class venues will provide a dynamic and elegant setting to host scientific sessions, CME programs, product theaters, business networking events, and cultural showcases.\u201d<\/p>\n

But AAPICON 2026 was not defined by science alone. It was equally shaped by moments of reflection and spiritual grounding. The convention opened with an invocation and bhajans by Dr. Aarti Pandya, creating a serene foundation for the days ahead.<\/p>\n

Later, a profound discourse by Siddhguru Sri Sidheshwar Brahmrishi Guruvar blended philosophy, wellness, and mindful living, offering a spiritual counterbalance to the scientific rigor of the convention. Daily Heartfulness meditation sessions added quiet spaces for introspection amid the excitement.<\/p>\n

Jane Castor, Mayor of the City of Tampa presented keys to the City of Tampa to Ms. Ambani and to Dr. Chakrabarty, on behalf of AAPI. She declared July 2nd<\/sup>\u00a0and every day of July 4th<\/sup>\u00a0weekend AAPI Day for the city of Tampa.\u00a0 \u201cIt was an honor for me and for our city to have Ms. Ambani in our community. Her speech, her words were so inspiring, and I think everyone that was there walked away with a new level of inspiration,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Convention Chair Dr. Sagar Galwankar summed it up: \u201cAAPI conventions have always been a celebration of our heritage and our achievements. But this year, we are raising the bar.\u201dHe expressed his deep gratitude to all the volunteers and AAPI Family members who worked hard for several months to plan and organize such a great event.<\/p>\n
