Ayodhya: Amid rising tensions between India and Pakistan, Samajwadi Party MP Awadhesh Prasad has said that the Indian Army is giving a befitting reply to every nefarious act of Pakistan. He claimed that within the next 48 hours, Pakistan will no longer have the capability to attack.
After the Pahalgam terror attack, the Indian Army has launched Operation Sindoor to respond to Pakistan. Under this, 9 terrorist hideouts were targeted in Pakistan and POK, after which Pakistan, in panic, attacked India’s northern and western border areas with several missiles and drones on Thursday night, which India foiled in the air and also took strict retaliatory action.
While talking to news media on Friday, the SP MP said that the history of our army has been full of bravery and pride. Pakistan, enraged by Operation Sindoor, is retaliating on the country’s border. But, our brave army soldiers are giving a befitting reply to Pakistan’s attack. I welcome our brave soldiers who have repeated their glorious history. People of the world acknowledge the strength of our country’s army.
Referring to the 1965 war, the SP MP said that when India was attacked, I was an MA student in DAV College. I used to stay in the college hostel. During that time, I had sacrificed one meal for the army. Our sisters who studied with us had also donated their jewellery.
The SP MP said that such stories show that whenever our country faced a crisis, the entire country showed unity. Our leader Akhilesh Yadav had made it clear after the Pahalgam terror attack that whatever decision the central government takes against terrorism, we will stand firmly with them. I hope that our army will be in such a condition that Pakistan will not be able to attack.
On the success of Operation Sindoor, the SP MP said that terrorists definitely had hideouts in Pakistan and PoK. The Indian Army has destroyed their hideouts forever. Our army is constantly retaliating against terrorism.
