New Delhi: 17 MPs have been selected for the Sansad Ratna Award 2025 for their outstanding performance in the Lok Sabha. These include Supriya Sule of NCP Sharad faction, Ravi Kishan and Nishikant Dubey of BJP and Arvind Sawant of Shiv Sena UBT. Among the MPs who have become Sansad Ratna, the highest number of 7 MPs are from Maharashtra. Apart from these, 4 special jury awards are also included. These include Bhartruhari Mahtab of BJP, NK Premachandran of Revolutionary Samajwadi Party, Supriya Sule of NCP Sharad faction and Shrirang Appa Barne of Shiv Sena. All of them have continued their best performance since the 16th Lok Sabha.
include Smita Uday Wagh of BJP, Naresh Mhaske of Shiv Sena, Varsha Gaikwad of Congress, Medha Kulkarni, Pravin Patel, Vidyut Baran Mahto and Dilip Saikia of BJP. MP NK Premachandran has received the Sansad Ratna Award for the 5th time. In the Committee category, the Standing Committee on Finance headed by Bhartruhari Mahtab and the Standing Committee on Agriculture headed by Dr Charanjit Singh Channi (Congress) were honoured for the quality of their reports and contribution to legislative oversight.
