IND vs PAK Highlights, Asia Cup 2025: The most exciting match of Group A of Asia Cup 2025 was played at Dubai International Cricket Stadium, where Team India defeated Pakistan and confirmed its place in the Super Cup. The Indian team will play the last match of the group stage against Oman on 19 September. In this match, Pakistan batted first and scored 127 runs losing 9 wickets in 20 overs. Team India achieved the target of 128 runs by losing only 3 wickets in 15.5 overs.

After winning the toss and choosing to bat first, the Pakistan cricket team crumbled like a pack of cards in front of the lethal bowling of the Indian bowlers. Pakistan’s captain Salman Ali Agha had said at the time of the toss that he wanted to score runs, but when his team came out to bat, it was on the backfoot from the very first ball. Hardik Pandya, who came to start the bowling, bowled the first ball wide. But, on the first valid ball, Sam Ayub got caught by Jaspreet Bumrah.

After this, Indian bowlers wreaked havoc on Pakistani batsmen. Jaspreet Bumrah took the second wicket. After this, Pakistani batsmen were terrified of Indian spinners. Pakistani batsmen were unable to understand the ball of Indian spinners. Pakistan could score 127 runs for 9 wickets in 20 overs against the trio of Kuldeep Yadav, Varun Chakravarthy and Axar Patel. Pakistan would not have even crossed the 100 mark if Shaheen Afridi, who came to bat at number nine, had scored an unbeaten 33 runs hitting 4 sixes in 16 balls. Apart from this, Sahibzada Farhan scored 40 runs in 44 balls.

Kuldeep Yadav was the best bowler for India. He took 3 wickets for just 18 runs in 4 overs. Axar Patel took 2 wickets for 18 runs in 4 overs. Jaspreet Bumrah took 2 wickets for 28 runs in 4 overs and Varun Chakravarthy took 1 wicket for 24 runs in 4 overs. Hardik Pandya was the most expensive and he got 1 wicket for 34 runs in 4 overs.

Chasing the target of 128 runs, the Indian team had a great start. Shubman Gill was out in the second over but Abhishek Sharma put pressure on the Pakistani bowlers by scoring 31 runs in 13 balls. Before getting out in the fourth over, Abhishek had made the situation of Pakistani bowlers worse. After this, Tilak Verma and captain Surya took India close to 100. Tilak Verma was out after scoring 31 runs on the score of 97. Shivam Dubey along with Surya did the remaining work. Surya hit a six on the fifth ball of the 16th over and gave Team India the victory. He remained unbeaten after scoring 47 runs.
