BJP chalks out strategy to conquer Bihar, calls 45 prominent leaders from different states

Even before the announcement of the Bihar Assembly elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has intensified its election preparations. The party has announced election in-charges and co-in-charges and dispatched a special team of 45 senior leaders to Bihar. These leaders have been assigned key responsibilities for the assembly elections.

Several senior leaders, including Home Minister Amit Shah, Bihar election in-charge Dharmendra Pradhan, co-in-charges C.R. Patil and Keshav Prasad Maurya, and Bihar in-charge Vinod Tawde, attended the NDA’s strategic meeting in Patna on Friday (September 26, 2025). The outline for “Mission Bihar Fateh” was finalized at the meeting, and all 45 expatriate leaders were assigned responsibilities and sent to different Lok Sabha constituencies.

This time, the BJP’s strategy is to strengthen its organizational structure from the booth level to the Assembly and Lok Sabha constituencies. Forty-five leaders, drawn from across the country, have been assigned responsibility for each Lok Sabha constituency. Leaders will also be deployed at the Assembly level in the coming weeks. Their goal is not just campaigning but also to activate local workers and ensure victory for the NDA alliance in every seat.

From Chhattisgarh, MPs Santosh Pandey and Vijay Baghel, and National Vice President Saroj Pandey have been assigned responsibilities. From Delhi, MPs Ramesh Bidhuri and Kamaljeet Shahrawat, and Union Minister Harsh Malhotra have been deployed. From Gujarat, MPs Devusinh Chauhan and Mitesh Patel, and MLA Amit Thackeray are included.

Former Haryana MP Sunita Duggal, Jammu and Kashmir MP Jugal Kishore Sharma, Jharkhand MP Manish Jaiswal, Kalicharan Singh, state executive president Ravindra Rai, and former MP Sunil Singh have been appointed. Odisha MP Anant Nayak is also on the list.

From Madhya Pradesh, ministers Prahlad Patel, Gajendra Singh Patel, BD Sharma, Anil Firoziya, Vishwas Sarang, former MP KP Singh Yadav and Arvind Singh Bhadoria have been given the responsibility.

From Uttar Pradesh, MPs Satish Gautam, Rajkumar Chahar, Sangam Lal Gupta, former MP Vinod Sonkar, former minister Satish Chandra Dwivedi, Leader of the Opposition Upendra Tiwari, and MLA Shalabh Mani Tripathi have been assigned to the diaspora. From Rajasthan, Leader of the Opposition Rajendra Rathore is also part of the diaspora team.

The BJP will also be appointing diaspora leaders at the assembly level in the coming weeks. The party aims to activate the local organization and ensure victory for the NDA in every seat.
