If not, today we’ve brought you a recipe for chili chana. They’re spicy and tasty. You can prepare them in minutes, from breakfast to a snack, during dieting or weight loss. They have a slight sweetness that makes them taste like Chinese flavors. So, let’s learn how to make chili chana.
Ingredients:
-Kabuli Chana 100 grams (soaked overnight)
-Salt 1/2 tsp
-Corn flour 2.5 tbsp -Oil
for frying -Oil
1 tbsp
-Ginger 1 tsp grated
-Green chillies 2 chopped
-Capsicum 1 small chopped
-Soya sauce 1 tsp
-Vinegar 1 tsp
-Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
-Kashmiri red chilli 1 tsp
-Black pepper powder 1 tsp
-Salt 1/4 tsp
-Corn flour 1 tsp
-Green coriander
Recipe:
- To make this, first add half a cup of water and salt to the soaked gram and boil it.
- Boil it on high flame till one whistle comes and then on low flame for about 2-3 minutes.
- Then take out the gram from the water and leave it to cool down a bit.
- After this, add 2.5 tablespoons of corn flour to the gram and mix well.
- Then leave these gram balls to set for about 5 minutes.
- After this, keep the oil in a pan to heat.
- Then add the chickpeas and fry for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
- After this, take them out and keep them in a sieve.
- Then for the chili sauce, heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan.
- After this, add ginger, green chilli and 1 capsicum and fry it lightly on high flame.
- Then add 1 spoon soy sauce, 1 spoon white vinegar and 2 tablespoons tomato sauce and mix it.
- After this, add Kashmiri red chilli, black pepper and salt and mix it.
- Then prepare the solution by adding 1 spoon corn flour and 2-3 spoons water in a bowl.
- After this, cook this solution for about 2 minutes, add gram and mix it.
- Now your spicy and tasty chilli chana is ready.
- Then garnish it with green coriander and serve it hot.
