New Delhi: A statement has been issued by Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat and Sangh Sarkaryavah Dattatreya Hosabale regarding the Indian Army’s ‘Operation Sindoor’ in response to the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. They have supported ‘Operation Sindoor’ against the terrorists and congratulated the Indian government and the armed forces.
RSS said that in this hour of national crisis, the entire country stands with the government and armed forces with body, mind and money.
Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh shared a photo of ‘Operation Sindoor’ on social media platform X and wrote, “Hearty congratulations to the leadership of the Government of India and the armed forces for the decisive action ‘Operation Sindoor’ being taken against Pak-sponsored terrorists and their supporting ecosystem after the cowardly terrorist incident of Pahalgam. This action being taken to provide justice to the aggrieved families and the entire country in the brutal massacre of Hindu pilgrims has increased the self-respect and courage of the entire country.”
The post further reads, “We also believe that the military action being taken against terrorists, their infrastructure and supporting system in Pakistan is a necessary and inevitable step for the security of the country. In this hour of national crisis, the entire country stands with the government and military forces of the country with body, mind and money. We condemn the attacks being carried out by the Pakistani army on religious places and civilian settlements on the border of India and express our heartfelt condolences to the families of those who fell victim to these attacks.”
RSS further wrote, “On this challenging occasion, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh appeals to all the countrymen to ensure full compliance of all the information being given by the government and administration. Along with this, on this occasion, while discharging our civic duty, we all have to be careful that we do not let any conspiracy of anti-national forces to disrupt social unity and harmony succeed. All the countrymen are requested to show their patriotism and be ready to cooperate with the army and civil administration wherever and however required and strengthen all efforts to maintain national unity and security.”
