Wayanad: Givehes Allay Foundation organized Seeds of Solidarity, an Onam Kit distribution program at the Ponkuzhi Tribal Colony in Muthanga, Wayanad. As part of the initiative, 35 kits containing essential items and festive supplies were distributed to tribal families.
The program was held with the objective of ensuring that Onam, a festival symbolizing unity and prosperity, could be celebrated with dignity by all sections of society. The Foundation emphasized that such initiatives are aimed at spreading inclusivity and solidarity among communities.
Foundation Director Swathy stated, “Onam is not just a festival; it is a feeling of unity, abundance, and love. Through this program, we wanted to share the true spirit of Onam with families who deserve to celebrate with equal joy and happiness.”
The event witnessed the participation of Section Forest Officer Mani K, Beat Forest Officer Rubeen Babu K S, Reserve Forest Watcher Shibeesh, Forest Watcher Sharadha Prakashan, Ramakrishnan, President of Muthanga EDC and Givhes Allay Foundation Director Swathy.
