Actor Mammootty has released the first look poster of the sequel to Malayalam’s highest-grossing blockbuster film Lokah. Mammootty announced this through a post on X with the caption, “Beyond myths. Beyond legends. A new chapter begins. #LokahChapter2.”
Dulquer has released a video on his official YouTube channel featuring a dialogue between the characters penned by Tovino and Dulquer. Wayfarer Films had hinted about the release on social media the other day.
Directed by Dominic Arun and produced by Wayfarer Films, the cast and crew of the film will largely remain the same. Chapter 1 is continuing its successful run at the box office, becoming one of the highest-grossing Indian films featuring a female lead. The mix of dark fantasy, superhero elements, and compelling storytelling has captivated audiences, with record ticket sales across Kerala.
Directed by Dominic Arun and produced by Dulquer under his Wayfarer Films banner, the film stars Kalyani Priyadarshan as Chandra, a mysterious woman who arrives in Bengaluru and gets caught up in a gang involved in organ trafficking.
