New Delhi: On Tuesday, a meeting of all the ruling government MPs congratulated PM Modi for the NDA’s victory in the Bihar Assembly elections. Briefing the meeting, Union Minister Kiren Rijiju stated that PM Modi directed all MPs to work to make life easier for the people in their constituencies so that they don’t face any difficulties. This comment comes amid the ongoing difficulties faced by people due to IndiGo’s operational crisis. PM Modi was greeted with a garland for his victory in the Bihar elections. He provided guidance and direction to all NDA MPs on what they should do for the country, their constituencies, and their states. He said, “I would like to specifically mention one thing. PM Modi has placed a strong emphasis on reforms to improve people’s lives.” Rijiju said that he meant reforms to make the lives of the common people of the country easier and comfortable, reforms in every sector.
Rijiju added that PM Modi said that everyone should ensure that people don’t face any problems with the government. Rules and regulations are important, but they should not be used to create problems for people. He said that laws should not be a burden on people. Indigo Airlines’ operations continue to face delays and cancellations, as the crisis continues for the eighth day. Flights were cancelled at airports in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Bengaluru on Tuesday as well. Meanwhile, government representatives and DGCA officials are scheduled to meet Indigo’s CEO to discuss the situation.
