Hackensack, New Jersey:  The Northern New Jersey Community Foundation (NNJCF) installed successfully a community rain garden and held two interactive painting activities at Hackensack High School on June 1 at the Boost the Block Goes Green festival. The NNJCF and the Hackensack Environmental Justice Alliance produced and gifted the large rain garden to the community.  The festival also featured the development of a community mural. Thiruvananthapuram, 26 June 2024: Leading digital transformation solutions company UST has handed over twelve infusion pumps to the Department of Pediatric Oncology, Regional Cancer Centre (RCC), Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The Bombay High Court has refused to lift the ban on hijab in Mumbai’s college campus. The High Court rejected the petition of NG Acharya of Chembur Trombay Education Society and nine girl students of DK Marathe College.
