Spicy chaat recipe made from potato bread

Chaat is a good snack recipe. Apart from being spicy, it is also crispy. Chaat tastes good in evening snack but people avoid making chaat at home. Chaat is considered a time and labor intensive recipe. But here such an easy and quick recipe for making chaat is being given, through which you can easily make and eat delicious and healthy chaat at home. Instant spicy chaat can be made only with bread and potatoes.

Material

Ghee or refined, 2-3 slices of bread, boiled potatoes, finely chopped tomatoes, coriander and onion, roasted cumin powder, salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, whipped curd, green chutney, tamarind chutney, black salt, any Namkeen or Bhujiya- Papdi.

Recipe

Step 1- To make instant chaat, heat ghee in a pan and fry the bread in it until it becomes golden and crispy.

Step 2- Now peel and mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl and add chopped tomato, onion and coriander to it.

Step 3- Add roasted cumin powder, salt, red chili powder, chaat masala to this mixture and mix well.

Step 4- Place the potato mixture on the crispy bread.

Step 5- Add whipped curd, green chutney and tamarind chutney over it.

Step 6- Now put black salt, bhujiya, papdi or any salty snack on top.

Step 7- Then garnish with finely chopped coriander and pomegranate seeds.
