New Delhi: An all-party meeting was held on Thursday regarding the situation after Operation Sindoor. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said that Operation Sindoor against Pakistan is still going on. That is, the operation has not been stopped even after the air strike on 9 locations in Pakistan on May 7.
After coming out of the meeting that lasted for about one and a half hours, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju also reiterated the statement of the Defense Minister. Home Minister Amit Shah, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi and Mallikarjun Kharge attended the all-party meeting called to give information about Operation Sindoor.
According to sources, it was told in the meeting that more than 100 terrorists have been killed in Operation Sindoor. The operation is ongoing, so it is difficult to tell the exact number. If Pakistan provokes, we will take action. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and Rahul Gandhi said that we are with the country and the government in the crisis. There is no criticism of the government. We have given our full support to the government. AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi said that I have praised our armed forces and the government for Operation Sindoor. We should launch a global campaign against the terrorist organization Resistance Front.
After Operation Sindoor, Chief of Army Staff General Upendra Dwivedi is in constant touch with local forces regarding the movements of Pakistan Army along the Line of Control. After the precision strikes on terror launch pads in Pakistan and Pakistan occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK), ceasefire violations by Pakistan are being closely monitored. Defence officials said on Wednesday that the army and security forces are on high alert for any possible misadventure by Pakistan.
