Ananya Pandey is one of the emerging actresses of Bollywood. She started her acting career with filmmaker Karan Johar’s ‘Student of the Year 2’, the film was released on 10 May 2019. Ananya has been ruling Hindi cinema for the last 6 years. The actress told that when she started, she was nervous and unsure about herself, but now she is not afraid to try something new or take risks. Ananya said, “When I was starting, I was 19 years old. I was very nervous, full of dreams and trying to figure myself out. I was trying to understand who I am, was a little confused about my personality and career.” The actress further said, “Now, I think I have molded myself into a form that is not afraid to try, fall, get up again and surprise people. I am still learning. Trying to constantly improve myself.”
She said, “I don’t have the answer to every question, but I know I want to keep improving myself and choose characters that challenge me, make me feel excited and nervous.” ‘Student of the Year 2’ was directed by Punit Malhotra. Apart from Ananya Pandey, the film also stars Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria. Both these actors also made their Bollywood debut with this film. The film is a sequel to the 2012 romantic comedy film ‘Student of the Year’, through which Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Siddharth Malhotra made their Bollywood debut. After ‘Student of the Year 2’, she appeared in many great films like ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’, ‘Khaali Peeli’, ‘Gahriyaan’, ‘Liger’, ‘Dream Girl 2’, ‘Kho Gaye Hum Kahan’. She also did a cameo in ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’. Apart from films, she has also done OTT through the series ‘Call Me Bay’.
