In this, Indian astronauts will be sent to the low orbit of the Earth in space in a special vehicle and they will be brought back safely to Earth.

The Union Minister said that in the year 2026, India will also launch Samudrayaan. In this, three scientists will go to a depth of six thousand meters through a submarine to explore the seabed. He said that this achievement will set the timeline for India’s historic missions including the Gaganyaan space mission. PM Modi also talked about the Samudrayaan mission in his Independence Day speech.

Union Minister Jitendra Singh said that information about important minerals, rare metals and unknown marine biodiversity will be collected through Samudrayaan. The unmanned mission of Gaganyaan project will also be sent this year. This includes the robot Vyom Mitra.

The Union Minister said that ISRO was established in 1969. But it took more than two decades to establish the first launch pad till 1993. After this, the second launch pad was built in 2004, then it took another decade. At the same time, the infrastructure and investment of the Indian space sector has expanded in the last 10 years. We are now building a third launch site for heavy rockets for the first time. At the same time, we are expanding the launch site of Sriharikota with a new launch site in Tuticorin district of Tamil Nadu for small satellites.

Science and Technology Minister Jitendra Singh said that the current value of India’s space economy is eight billion US dollars. It can reach 44 billion US dollars by the next decade.
