New Delhi: The weather is going to change in the hilly states of North India from Sunday. A new Western Disturbance will knock, due to which there is a possibility of rain in the western Himalayan regions from 9-14 March i.e. for six days. There is also an alert of heavy rain on March 10 in Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh. At the same time, heatwave will start in the Kutch area of ​​​​Gujarat from Sunday and then between 9-12 March it will spread to other areas of Gujarat and Konkan area.

The Meteorological Department has predicted that a new Western Disturbance will show its effect from March 9. Due to this, there is going to be rain in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand between 9-14 March. At the same time, there will be rain in Punjab on 12-14 March, Haryana on 13 and 14 March, Western Uttar Pradesh on 14 March. In this, a warning of heavy rain and storm has been issued in Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh on March 10.

In Northeast India, there is a rain alert on March 8 in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Sikkim, Sub Himalayan West Bengal on March 8 and 9. At the same time, there will be heavy rain in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal on March 10 and 11, Kerala, Mahe, Lakshadweep, South Interior Karnataka on March 11 and 12, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Mahe on March 11.

In Northwest India, the maximum temperature is expected to increase by three to four degrees Celsius during the next four days. Not only this, the maximum temperature in Central and East India, Maharashtra will increase by two to four degrees in the next five days. In Gujarat, there is an alert of an increase of three to five degrees in the maximum temperature during the next five days. Hot and humid weather is going to prevail in Konkan, Goa on March 8 and 12, Gujarat, Coastal Karnataka, Kerala, Mahe on March 8 and 9.
