Ingredients for making creamy lassi
Yoghurt: 2 cups (250 grams)
Milk: 1 cup (150 g)
Sugar: 50 grams
Cardamom Powder: 1/4 tsp
Saffron: 7-8 grains
Rosewater: 1 tsp
Fine dry fruits (almonds, pistachios, cashews): 2-3 tsp
Method of making:
First of all, put the curd in a large and deep pot. After this, mix it with a wooden blender for 5 minutes. Now add sugar to it and mix it well again. After this, add cold milk to it and mix it again for 4-5 minutes, and now you will see that the lassi has started foaming. After this, add fine saffron, dry fruits (almonds, pistachios, cashews) and rose water and mix it with it. Now take it out in the glass and decorate it with a little almond, pistachios and some saffron grains on top of it. Take the creamy lassi ready.
