മൃതദേഹം അഴുകിയതിനാൽ തിരിച്ചറിയാനായിട്ടില്ല. മൃതദേഹം തിരിച്ചറിയുന്നതിനായി റൗലറ്റ് പോലീസ് ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റ് ഡാലസ് മെഡിക്കൽ എക്സാമിനരുടെ റിപ്പോര്ടിനായി കാത്തിരിക്കുകയാണ് .
ഭാര്യ കാണാതായ സണ്ണി ജേക്കബിനെ (60) കണ്ടെത്തുന്നതിന് പൊതുജനങ്ങളുടെ സഹായം അഭ്യർത്ഥിച്ച് റൗലറ്റ് പോലീസ് ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റ് ഇന്നലെ അവരുടെ ഫേസ്ബുക്ക് സോഷ്യൽ മീഡിയ പേജിൽ ഒരു പോസ്റ്റ് പങ്കിട്ടു. 2023 ജൂൺ 18-ന് ടെക്‌സാസിലെ റൗലെറ്റിലെ സസ്സാഫ്രാസ് വേയുടെ 2600 ബ്ലോക്കിന് സമീപമുള്ള തന്റെ വസതിയിൽ നിന്ന് സണ്ണി ഇറങ്ങിപ്പോയതായി റിപ്പോർട്ടുകൾ.

A Body Has Been Recovered From The Lake Per Rowlett Police Department Press Release Issued Tuesday Afternoon.
On Tuesday, 6/20/2023, at approximately 8:11 a.m., The Rowlett Police Received a 911 call reporting that a body was located in the water near the 1300 block of Rowlett Rd. Rowlett PD along with Fire units responded with the rescue dive team to recover the body. Dallas Police Department and Dallas Medical Examiner responded to transport the body.
At this time, the body has not been identified due to decomposition. The Rowlett Police Department will wait for the Dallas Medical Examiner to identify the body. An update will be published once more information has been gathered.
The Rowlett Police Department did share a post on their Facebook social media page yesterday asking for the publics assistance in locating Sunny Jacob (60) who was reported missing by his wife. Reports are Sunny walked away from his residence, located near the 2600 block of Sassafrass Way, in Rowlett, Texas, on June 18, 2023. Rowlett PD also stated Sunny is considered at risk due to being diagnosed with dementia.
In the press release issued Tuesday, the Rowlett Police Department did not confirm if the body located was going to be the missing person, Sunny Jacob, as they made it clear in their release it was an “Unidentified Male”.
Witnesses we spoke with did tell us that family of missing person Sunny Jacob were on scene with Rowlett Police Department and the Dallas County Medical Examiner during the recovery process.
