Monsoon wreaks havoc in Mumbai; 10 people have died so far

Mumbai: This year, as soon as the monsoon started in Mumbai, there was chaos. Alam is that 10 people have died so far. In the rains on Wednesday, a building collapsed, trees fell at some places, water filled at various places, traffic slowed down. Life has become completely chaotic. At present, there has not been much rain in and around Mumbai on Thursday as compared to Wednesday. But according to the data released by the Municipal Corporation in the rains so far, out of 10 people who have died, 1 person has died in Byculla, 1 in Malad, 1 in Goregaon due to falling of trees. While 2-2 people have died in Ghatkopar and Vileparle due to building collapse. 2 people have died in Govandi and 1 in Kandivali during drain cleaning. That is, a total of 3 people died due to falling of trees in Mumbai and 4 people have died due to the collapse of the building.

At the same time, 3 laborers have died while cleaning the drains. In this way, the monsoon has taken the lives of 10 people as soon as it arrives in Mumbai. In Wednesday’s rain itself, 2 people died and the condition of 1 is critical. Kaushal Devi (38) of Malad and Prem Lal Nirmal (30), who ran a laundry in Goregaon, died on Wednesday after a tree fell on them. While an autorickshaw driver was seriously injured when a tree fell on him.
